Regional Agency Trainer - Medan

The Job

  • Coordinating with BCs, BMs and selected leaders, prepare the monthly training schedules, track & monitor the attendance, conduct & ensure the high quality execution, evaluate and give feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure new agents attend mandatory training including the follow up training & ensure their activation in their 1st 90-days program
  • Liaise with BCs, BMs and selected leaders to conduct meetings in order to align the training activities with agency activities & execute the action plans
  • continuously reinforce & monitor agents and leaders to utilize all digital apps provided by the company
  • Prepare and submit their training activities report as required & do the action plans needed.
  • Continuously contribute & do some improvements for themselves, COE and Company

The Person

  • Min. 5 years working experience in Agency Trainer in Insurance Industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Business is preferable
  • Having CFP, LOMA/LIMRA  (preferable)
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint
