HR Integration & Project Lead (12 months Contract)

Job Summary

Through consulting, facilitation, and monitoring, the HR Integration & Project Lead will develop and ensure the execution of integration program within the company. He/she will liaise with respective functions and partner to drive and facilitate people, culture and process integration and alignment, including its governance & compliance, in order to achieve the most efficient and productive organisation.

The Job

  • Identifies opportunities throughout the organization for efficient and effective use of resources, policies and processes across the organization, in order to deliver more optimal way of operating. 
  • Provides guidance and project planning for all HR related deliverables in order to speed-up deliverable and integration.
  • Develop and execute Change Management Plan as a part of the ongoing development of HR programs and transformation of the organization.
  • Identifies project risks/gaps and create risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project is completed on time and aligned with other human resource deliverables.
  • Define, track, and communicate appropriate performance measurements to HR partner and stakeholders.

The Person

  • Completion of a bachelor's or master degree at an accredited college or university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in organization effectiveness and HR projects/integration.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness on building partnerships and ability to influence up, down and across the organization. 
  • Demonstrated experience translating their ideas into tangible outcomes with measurable impact. 
  • Strong self-initiative and demonstrated ability of analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
