Job Summary

Process evaluate whether to accept an applicant/member for life coverage who has sum insured above free cover limit in Group Life Insurance policy with medical check-up or health questionnaire.

The Job

  • To make a decision of medical underwriting
  • To managed KYC document of the policies
  • To create e-Health info for all client FWD
  • To create and follow up underwriting letter
  • To support services department in term of handling complain related to medical underwriting
  • Initiate and support the Group insurance administration system enhancement

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years of specialized in group underwriting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health plan medical products 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
