Payment options

Below you can see our range of payment options, giving you the flexibility to pay your premium your way.

eServices is our safe and secure online payment platform, available on the FWD MAX app. It means you can pay your premiums 24/7.

We accept the following:

  • Credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
  • Bank transfer. We accept payments from the following banks:

    - BCA
    - Mandiri
    - Permata
    - BNI
    - Maybank
    - Danamon
    - CIMB Niaga

  • Enter our Bank Permata virtual account number: 8768 0000, followed by your policy number. Example: (87680000XXXXXXXX).
    Bank: Permata (code: 013).
    -->For policies with a prefix C, the letter C is changed to use the number 3. Example: C0123456 to 8768000030123456
  • Enter our BCA virtual account number: 02683, followed by your policy number. Example: (02683XXXXXXXX).
    -->For policies with a prefix C, the letter C is changed to use the number 3. Example: C0123456 to 0268330123456

Mobile Banking BCA

Here’s how to pay:

  • Select ‘M-BCA Menu’
  • Select ‘M-Payment Menu’
  • Select ‘Others’
  • Insert FWD Insurance where it says ‘Company Name’.
  • Enter SPA/Policy Number where it says ‘Customer Number’
  • Enter the premium amount (the amount you owe)

You can change the payment method from virtual account or cash transfer to an autodebit credit card, through the following steps:

  1. Complete power of attorney form for credit card autodebit, then affix your signature on official stamp duty
  2. Complete and sign the form: conventional products use premium payment form, Sharia products use contribution payment form.
  3. Include the required supporting documents:
    1. Photocopy of front of your credit card, which  includes the validity period, card number, and the name of the credit card holder
    2. Photocopy of e-KTP (WNI) or passport (WNA) of the policyholder that is still valid
  4. Send the power of attorney form for credit card autodebit, the premium/contribution payment form along with supporting documents to the following address:
    POS FWD Insurance
    PT FWD Insurance Indonesia Pacific Century Place, 20th Floor SCBD Lot. 10
    Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav. 52-53 South Jakarta, 12190 Indonesia
  5. We will process the application for a change in the autodebit payment method that you submitted within 3 working days after the complete document are received.

Note: This service is valid for Visa, Master Card and BCA Card.

You can change the payment method from virtual account or cash transfer to an autodebit account, through the following steps:

  1. Complete the power of attorney form for autodebit BCA / autodebit Mandiri / autodebit BRI account, then affix your signature on the official stamp duty.
  2. Complete and sign form: conventional product use premium payment form, sharia product use contribution payment form.
  3. Include the required supporting documents:
    1. Photocopy front page of your bank account book,
    2. Photocopy of e-KTP (WNI) or passport (WNA) of the policyholder that is still valid
  4. Send the power of attorney form for your autodebit account, premium payment form along with supporting documents to the following address:
    POS FWD Insurance
    PT FWD Insurance Indonesia Pacific Century Place, 20th Floor SCBD Lot 10
    Jl Jend.Sudirman Kav 52-53 South Jakarta, 12190 Indonesia.
  5. We will process the application for a change in the autodebit payment method that you submitted within 5 working days after the complete document are received.

Note: This service is valid for Bank Mandiri, BCA and BRI accounts
