Our goal at FWD is to help you live life to the fullest. We’ve made it even more convenient for you to enjoy life with our hassle-free payment system by giving you the freedom of choice. Choose a payment method that is more suitable for your needs, schedule and lifestyle.

Here are the ways you can pay

  • New Policies

    Our agents are always ready to facilitate you to pay your insurance premium: choose from  Padi Pay, Fin Pay, Credit Card, and ClikPay or Mitra Pay.

    PadiPay

    PadiPay is an instant payment platform with Bank standard security. Through PadiPay, you can do the payment with debit card, credit card, and e-money.

    FinPay

    FinPay is a payment platform that allows you to choose from three different payment methods. First, you can use the menu for Telkom bills payment that is available in all Bank’s delivery channel, post, and other payment. If you choose  FinPay, you will get the payment code (019.575.xxxx). Payment from the ATM can be done through i-banking and m-banking with the procedure as follows :

    1. Choose menu “PAYMENT”
    2. Choose menu “PHONE”
    3. Choose menu “TELKOM/SPEEDY”
    4. Input the payment code (019.575.xxxx)
    5. Choose menu “RIGHT / WRONG “
    6. From the ATM Menu will appear a confirmation for other payments.
    7. Done.
    Premium payment from FinPay can be done from the ATM, i-banking and m-banking from all banks, except Mandiri.

    Credit Card

    Premium payment can be done with Visa credit card or Master Card. The following are the steps for the payment procedure :

    - Choose menu “ Credit Card Payment”
    - Complete the Credit Card data form that appears on the screen.
    - A Confirmation code will be send to your mobile phone.
    - After you receive it, input the code.
    - After the data has been confirmed, choose menu “SUBMIT”
    - Choose menu “OK”
    - Continue the transaction and close the browser page.

    MitraPay or Mandiri Clikpay

    MitraPay or Mandiri Clikpay is a payment from Mandiri ATM. For the payment with MitraPay, you must register as a Mandiri Bank customer. Please follow the below procedure for payment with MitraPay or Mandiri Clickpay :

    -Choose language (BAHASA or ENGLISH)
    -Input your PIN.
    -Choose Menu “Payment”
    -Choose Menu “Multi payment”
    -Input the company code “70009”
    -Input the customer code that you get form PadiPay if you choose MitraPay or Mandiri Clickpay as a payment channel. Make sure the details of the payment is correct before you choose “YES” from the menu to confirm the payment.

  • Renewal

    Renewal for FWD life policy can be done easily with Debit Account, Auto Debit Credit Card, and Online Payment.

    Auto Debit Bank Account (Only for Mandiri and BCA Customer)

    To activate this insurance payment, you just need to fill in the letter of attorney provided from the bank. Your bank account will automatically be debited for the premium.

    The following are the steps for the payment :

    1. Fill in the letter of attorney, signed and stamped with the official seal.
    2. Present the Front side copy of your credit card.
    3. identity card (KTP/SIM/KITAS)

    Credit card Auto Debit (Visa, Master card, and BCA Card)

    For the activation of payment from a credit card, you just need to fill in the letter of attorney provided by the bank.

    Fill in the letter of attorney to authorize the auto payment process with the card issuing company. Your credit card will be automatically debited for the premium payment.

    The following are the steps for the payment :

    1. Fill in the letter of attorney, signed and stamped with the official seal.
    2. Front side copy of the credit card.
    3. identity card (KTP/SIM/KITAS)

    Online Payment

    Get this file for the premium payment from online through the customer’s portal.

  • New Policies

    If you want to pay the insurance policy, you can also go directly to the nearest bank.

    Please follow the steps below to pay your insurance policy :

    1. You just need to pay to FWD Life account at the bank.
    2. Deposit to the FWD Life account at the bank.

  • Renewal

    For FWD Life customers who want to renew their insurance policy, they can visit their nearest bank.

    The following are the steps to renew the insurance policy :

    1. Customer to fill in the auto debit form from the bank.
    2. The bank will arrange the auto debit based on the completed form from the customer.
    3. FWD Life processes the premium payment.

    Indomaret

    This is one of the payment mechanisms with the FinPay network. For the payment from Indomaret, you can use the payment point facility which is available at all Indomaret stores; just submit the code that has been written on the payment page of iFWD.

    The following are the steps for the payment :

    1. Choose indomaret channel and get the payment code (019575xxxx)
    2. Give the Indomaret FinPay payment code to the cashier or input the code to the Payment Point machine and choose e-commerce/FinPay or input the code directly/pay at the cashier.

  • Renewal

    Renewal of FWD life can be done easily with Debit Account, Auto Debit Credit Card, and Online Payment.

    You can enjoy 2 easy payment options provided by FWD Life:

    1. Auto Debit with Credit Card

    You can use auto debit facility from the credit card by filling in the form on the payment page with your credit card details.

    2. Non Auto Debit with PadiPay.

    Before you pay, you must create a PadiPay account by filling in the email address and password on the payment page. Then, you can choose to continue with different payment method: FInPay, credit card, Mitrapay or Indomaret from the customer FWD Life's portal.
