FWD Insurance introduced Customer Month to foster closer engagement with customers and launched FWD Tomorrow Protection

PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a customer-led and digitally enabled life insurance company in Indonesia, introduced Customer Month programme, to foster closer engagement with the customers. FWD Insurance also introduces FWD Tomorrow Protection, an insurance product that provides protection and a smart financial planning solution designed to help customers achieve their dreams.

The Customer Month programme is dedicated to customers and is manifested through various activities, starting with the celebration of National Customer Day in September, which includes appreciation for customers at marketing offices and hospitals, insurance education content “FWD Insurance 101” through social media accounts, Long Loop Feedback which is a discussion session with selected customer to listen to their feedback of FWD Insurance services, and FWD Sesapa 2024 (Sehari Menyapa Nasabah) that held in major cities across Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya.

FWD Sesapa 2024 was successfully held in Jakarta, featuring Dr. Chin Chong Min, Senior Urologist from Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital Singapore, and a performance by Vina Panduwinata. In Medan, the event featured dr. Andi Susilo, Sp.PD, an Internist, and dr. Steven Tandean, M.Ked(Neurosurg), SpBS, a Neurosurgeon, both from Columbia Asia Hospital Aksara.

FWD Insurance will also hold FWD Sesapa 2024 in Surabaya on November 7, 2024. This event is dedicated to appreciate customers whose entrust FWD Insurance for their family’s protection.

FWD Insurance also introduces FWD Tomorrow Protection as part of the Customer Month programme.

FWD Tomorrow Protection comes with various features:

• Protection against the risks of death, accidents, critical illness, and total permanent disability to support customers through every phase of life;
• Cash benefits from the total basic premium that will be paid according to the selected plan
• Optional additional benefit (rider) of “Waiver of Premium” if the insured is diagnosed with total permanent disability or suffers from a critical illness.
• Optional additional benefit (rider) of “Payor Waiver” if the premium payer (not the insured) faces the risk of death, is diagnosed with total permanent disability, or suffers from a critical illness
