Jakarta, 28 February 2022 – PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a digital-first, next generation insurer in Indonesia, has received “Indonesia's Most Popular Digital Financial Award 2022” in the category of Most Popular Digital Financial Brand in eCustomer Services, Life Insurance, for companies with Total Assets <15T. This award was received by Widaningrum Jusuf, Head of Marketing and New Business Model at FWD Insurance.
The research behind the awards was conducted through several stages, including an online survey on Digital Product Awareness & Digital Product Image to 12,000 respondents in 10 major cities in Indonesia. The judging process also included Focus Group Discussions with millennials aged 22 – 39 years from several cities, in addition to an analysis on Social media campaigns.
