The Job

  • Encourage continued recruitment activities within his/her team, on every level
  • Plan and conduct recruiting events.
  • Work closely with team Leaders to plan, develop and execute activities that will generate production.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Leaders to establish strategies and short term goals.
  • Conduct regular review sessions with Leaders to ensure targets are met
  • Provide guidance and counseling to sales team members
  • Provide sales team members with a formal platform for interaction and team working through group meetings and gatherings
  • Provide additional motivation for team members.
  • Provide basic sales knowledge and skills training to new agent and leaders
  • Promote and encourage sales team members to attend programs as part of their self-development.

The Person

  • Bachelor degree (S1), preferably from Marketing or Insurance
  • 5 Years on marketing or sales, preferably with insurance background
  • Have previous leadership exposure as a sales team leader
  • Able to recognize people character : Persuasive, Leadership, Communications skill, including presentations and negotiations
  • Basic Microsoft office
